My family and I have been with A-Ford-Able Auto for YEARS. We would never even consider going to another mechanic. It is so difficult to find one that you can TRUST! Jim, Danny, Jenny, and the crew have always been nothing but kind, HONEST, generous, and beyond helpful. Is auto-repair work expensive? Sure. Absolutely. But they have never overcharged us and have taken care of us like family for nearly two decades. They tell you exactly what's going on with your vehicle and what your options are. They do not push at all ~ they simply give you information and your options and they let you decide what's best for your budget at the moment. Their work is always top-notch but if on the off chance, there are any issues with a repair, they take care of it immediately. A-Ford-Able Auto sets the bar and standard extremely high. I'm so grateful for them and always will be. I have so many instances where they've gone above and beyond - like helping a family member get back home when his truck broke down out of state! I've lost track of the number of times I've called to describe a noise or something I thought was an issue and Mr. Jim very patiently explained what it most likely was and every single time he was correct. For example, I was backing out of my driveway early one morning... my brakes ground pretty audibly and I was concerned that I needed new brake pads. I called Mr. Jim and told him what I heard and he explained that it was more than likely just the coating of rust that had formed overnight grinding off. He told me to just pay attention that day and if it continued to happen to come on in and they'd check it out. Well, he was right and it didn't happen anymore. Now, if he was of a dishonest sort he would have had me bring it in any way and charge me for new brake pads that I didn't need. I love A-Ford-Able Auto Repair and I'd never go anywhere else.

Jim and Danny are my go-to guys for any automotive needs! This establishment is centered around excellent customer service with smart and knowledgeable technicians. We were introduced to them through the folks who sold us our house. They had been using them for years so we took their advice and check them out. I have no problems sending my wife to drop the vehicle off at the shop and know that she will not be taken advantage of. There is no need to worry about paying for unnecessary repairs for parts. they do an excellent job of letting you know what the problems are and what the priorities of work should be to keep you safe. This is the only place in town I bring my vehicles. Be sure to stop in and visit with Danny and Jim and meet their large bobtail cat!

Danny and team were detailed, honest and fairly priced. Explained all we needed, including them to recheck another dealer’s work and they gave us their conclusion and didn’t duplicate work. Fixed all other matters, including an exhaust leak, and got us back on the road in 3 days! Even though they specialize in Fords, we took our Dodge diesel there and will only us Danny for any future work! - 5 star review on Google

I had to take 2011 F150 to dealership for recall and upon returning to get the truck, I was told in needed $925 cooling system repair. Called A-Ford-Able to get another estimate and over phone they said $395. Took truck, and they couldn't find these mysterious leaks. Mechanic checking truck noticed package of tail lights on dash and replaced the bad one. Best $30 I've spent in awhile! Only place from here on out! - Richard S. (5 star review on Yelp)

I was attempting to replace my rear brakes and rotors but the hex-screw on the left caliper was stripped and I didn't have the tools or proper jack to get to the caliper myself. I brought in my own parts and their mechanic spent several hours working on the vehicle, but still charged me less then the quoted estimate for labor. While I was in the waiting room I witnessed a very generous and professional demeanor with other customers and fair pricing on their repairs.

Don't fall for the $99 brake repair scams, the people at Affordable Repair gave me an honest estimate and good deal on labor. There is no such thing as a $99 brake repair, I spent $97 on parts alone (pads and rotors) after shopping online for the best price. The best deal I have ever gotten for brake repair was from Affordable Repair. - Michael F.

I called this shop from Knoxville TN after my sister went to a different place and was estimated $750 repair on rear hub and rear brakes. I looked at the estimate and they were trying to charge her double labor for the rear brakes when one side had to come off to do the hub. I called A-Ford-Able and made her an appointment. She went in and was treated with respect and got the same repair for $540 out the door with tax and all. Good trustworthy guys. - JRT
